FAQ
Once you've decided on size and print options for the product, you'll need to finalize your order with a dedicated curator via email or Kakao Open Chat. At the end of this process, we will send you an order form and create a 'private checkout' for you for the total amount. Please note that you can pay only through the ‘private checkout’.
Once the design has been created for an ordered product, the order cannot be canceled. Changes to quantities and print methods can only be made before work has started. We cannot make changes to orders that have already been processed, so be sure to speak with your curator.
Minimum orders vary by product. Please check the products’ detail pages.
Yes. Most orders to the United States and Canada ship for free. However, there are some exceptions where additional shipping costs may apply. Please contact your curator with details about your final shipping destination and we'll get back to you. We typically ship to your destination within 14 business days once payment is cleared. (There may be occasional delays due to inclement weather).
Based on the basic input you provide, we can offer simple, copyright-free designs for things like wording or emojis. Please note that we do not offer separate design services for elaborate drawings. We do not guarantee the copyright protections of the design files you provide. Please make sure the design files you provide do not violate copyrights when sending them to us.
Yes, we do. K-PROMOWAVE, a subsidiary of Ohbottle, operates a manufacturing plant equipped with the latest full-color laser machines, including silkscreen. We employ a staff of about 50 and can produce large quantities using line production.
Yes. We can offer samples. However, there are additional production and shipping costs for custom printing. To reduce these costs, we can provide photos of our products in the production process. You can review these if you don't want a physical sample.
Due to the human inspection and printing process, there may be some residual blemishes or small scratches following the process. In the case of silk prints, the coloring is also done by hand, so it is not always possible to perfectly match the Pantone color chips. Please note that slight differences in the color of the print, such as fading, are not grounds for rejection.
